Terms and Conditions for the Mind Body Align™ Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme (formally known as the ME/CFS FIBRO Recovery Course)

Please read the following carefully to make sure you understand everything.

By completing sign up and payment, you are agreeing and committing to the Terms and Conditions on this page.

Definitions within these Terms and Conditions:

“Programme”, “Course”, “Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme”: Refers to the Mind Body Align™ Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme (formally known as the ME/CFS FIBRO Recovery Course)

“Susan Murray”: the owner of the course and website that hosts it and the individual with the right to seek legal action if a buyer breaches any of the Terms and Conditions.

“Susan”, “Us” & “We”: Susan Murray and any other individuals in her team..

“Course Participant”, “Buyer”, “Participant”, “User”: someone who has bought and signed up to the Mind Body Align™ Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme or ME/CFS FIBRO Recovery Course and is identified by their user information.

1- Services - What the Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme provides

In the first instance, the videos and other materials inside this course are based on Susan Murray’s Mind Body Align™ Therapeutic Coaching approach and aims to cover all main aspects of the process.

This course is offered as a “step-by-step” guide to recovery, meaning it is designed to be followed in the order and timeframe it is laid out in. However, we and the user understand that this is not always possible or appropriate, due to personal and situational differences amongst users and, therefore, the course is also described, and can be used as, “self-paced”.

It is understood by buyers that anything I say about the root cause of, and recovery from, chronic health conditions on my website, social media platforms and within courses and articles I write, is based on working theories, backed up by my own client work and that of others. This work is rooted in research and findings within the extensive study of the mind-body connection.

“Lifetime Access” to this course refers to the lifetime of this course on the platform it is on, meaning, as long as I keep it in existence on my website. Updated versions may appear in its place, without prior notice.

For those signed up when the programme was called the ME/CFS FIBRO Recovery Course, further support may be available from Susan Murray through the following additional services offered:

1- 90 minute Support Session (Applicable to pre July 2025 Sign Ups only)

This offer is limited to 1 per person and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchasing the course.

To book, follow the link provided in your Welcome Email and complete payment, ensuring you use the email address you signed up to the course with. Susan will then email you to arrange the call. Any payment made for calls beyond the one you are entitled to, will be refunded minus card processing fees, with no obligation for us to contact you regarding this.

2- 10 session course of 1-1 Mind Body Align™ Therapeutic Coaching (Applicable to pre July 2025 Sign Ups only)

Buying the course also entitles you to 20% off a 10 session course of 1-1 Therapeutic Coaching with Susan if you sign up within 6 months of buying the course - this is subject to suitability which will be determined during a call between Susan and the course participant. Please see Therapeutic Coaching Services page on the website for details and the current full price that your discount will apply to.

Any further sessions required may be arranged by mutual agreement and may be charged in line with the full price of Mind Body Align™ Therapeutic Coaching at that time.

3- 90 minute Coaching Session (Applicable to post July 2025 Sign Ups only)

If you have paid for the option which includes a 90 coaching session with Susan, your link to book straight in for this will be in your welcome email. This must be booked and used within 6 months of signing up to the course. Once booked, this session can be rescheduled providing at least 24 hours notice is given. If this notice period isn’t observed, Susan reserves the right to refuse to reschedule the session without issuing a refund; this decision to do so will be at her discretion. The session can be rescheduled up to 3 times but must take place within 6 months of your course sign up date, otherwise you forfeit the session and will not be entitled to a refund.

4- 10 session course of 1-1 Mind Body Align™ Therapeutic Coaching (Applicable to post July 2025 Sign Ups only)

Buying this course entitles you to a discount on a 10 session course of 1-1 Therapeutic Coaching with Susan within 6 months of signing up to the course. This is subject to suitability which will be determined during a call between Susan and the course participant. You will be contacted with the offer of this discount in the weeks following your sign up; however, if you would like to discuss this sooner, you may contact Susan by email at susan@officialsusanmurray.com.

If any sessions, further to the initial ten are required, they may be arranged by mutual agreement and may be charged in line with the full price of Mind Body Align™ Therapeutic Coaching at that time.

For those signed up to the Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme, further support may be available from Susan Murray through the following additional services offered:

1- 90 Minute Coaching Calls

Susan offers 90 minute coaching calls which can offer further support and guidance to programme participants. These are currently available to book as single sessions or in blocks of 3, using the link in emails sent following signup.

2a- Payment Terms for Signups to ME/CFS FIBRO Recovery Course

Payments can be made via Stripe or PayPal and recurring payments will be taken in accordance with your chosen plan.

Should there be an issue with your payments and you are unable to make them, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the course until you have submitted all outstanding fees. Payment of instalments due within your contracted term is required whether access is suspended or not. Outstanding fees due will be cleared in a timeframe agreed upon by you and Susan Murray. After this, your access to the course may be reinstated. Interest may occur for late payments.

Cancelling your subscription from your account before the end of your minimum term does not mean you will stop being charged. You must fulfil all payments regardless of whether you use the course or not and you cannot request a refund or cancel payments due to lack of participation.

We reserve the right not to issue refunds where a customer has changed their mind. In the event that any videos or downloads appear corrupted or unavailable, we will replace or repair the issue as soon as possible after being alerted to it.

2b- Payment Terms for Signups to Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme

Payments can be made via Stripe or PayPal and recurring payments will be taken in accordance with your chosen plan.

Should there be an issue with your monthly payments and you are unable to make them, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the course until you have submitted all outstanding fees.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time via your User Profile though you will still be able to access the programme until the end of the month paid for.

We reserve the right not to issue refunds where a customer has changed their mind or has failed to use the programme. In the event that any videos or downloads appear corrupted or unavailable, we will replace or repair the issue as soon as possible after being alerted to it.

3- Rules of Use and Intellectual Property Rights

All media on officialsusanmurray.com is owned by Susan Murray.

The Mind Body Align™ Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme Area consists of a variety of videos and PDFs. By entering the area through your course subscription, you agree that all the content inside is solely meant for your personal use and you do not have any rights to download it, share it, transfer it or reproduce it unless you have Susan Murray’s written consent. Consent is given to download and reproduce PDFs for your own use but sharing them with others is forbidden. Downloading videos from the site is forbidden. You are forbidden from taking screenshots or photos of anything from within the course and sharing them anywhere else.

You are responsible for each and every access or use of the course that occurs in conjunction with use of your username and password.

Use of your username and password is conclusive evidence that you have accessed the course.

You must keep your username and password confidential.

You must not allow any third party to access the site using your username and password and take advantage of the site on your behalf by viewing any of the content.

8- Indemnity & Liability

If a course participant is found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions or rules, they agree to keep us indemnified of all losses, expenses, damages, and costs incurred by us in respect of any misleading statements, and/or acts, and/or omissions that may be carried by them against us.

Users agree that results from this course cannot be guaranteed by Susan Murray. We cannot be held responsible for the implementation of any of our teachings or guidance or the way in which it has or has not been implemented. If the desired result is not attained from using this course, users agree not to pursue any legal action against Susan Murray or any other member of her team. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the user’s own personal choices. Participants will not hold the Susan Murray liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while using this course.

10- Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions for valid reasons. Where this occurs, you will be notified in advance by email and the changes will be reflected within the published Terms and Conditions page which you can access and view from the main Anxiety & Chronic Illness Recovery Programme website page.

In the case of a dispute, you need to submit a complaint in writing to susan@officialsusanmurray.com.
