My passion and reason for the work I do comes from helplessly watching my mum suffer from these conditions and learning too late that she could have recovered. This, combined with my own self-development journey which has seen me escape years of depression and anxiety and avoid following my mum into chronic illness.

Over the last decade, I have worked with hundreds of clients and have combined my training, skills and experience to develop my own approach to working with clients in a unique and long-lasting way.
